Someone who goes above and beyond to make a difference in the lives of others.  Honourees of this award serve as ambassadors for the region, inspiring others and helping to enhance the Algarve's reputation both locally and internationally.  The semi finalists will be determined by public vote with the winner being determined by our panel of judges.
